We usually welcome our customers’ choice for shipments. Thus you can suggest your own transport/shipping agency name for us to deliver goods at their doorstep. Else, we can suggest shipping company name for your acceptance. All transportation costs to be borne by customers. Insurance, if any also can be covered by our customers under their open general insurance policies, that need to be informed in advance.

Sure! We welcome OEM orders from small and big marketing companies, distributors and can also do so with your own branding.

Usually buyers we will dispatch samples in 2-3 working days.

Lead time of the first and or large order is 15 working days after receipt of the deposit; lead time for repeat orders will be much less. Lead time for sample orders is 2-3 working days after payment receipt.

Customer can check anything they need to make sure the deal is safe. We accept on-site visit and pre-shipment inspection.

For samples small order payment is 100% advance. You can deposit the order amount directly in our Bank Account. Account number can be provided. For large orders, our payment terms are 50% advance payment and the balance to be paid just before dispatch of the consignments.

Neo LED guarantee good quality product, Neo LED will refund if the samples failed or found to be inferior quality.

Yes, Neo LED accepts small orders, even 1 piece.

The way to process sample order is: we will issue proforma invoice (P/I) immediately after receiving buyer’s order request, buyer confirm that all the details on the P/I are correct, then pay according to the payment term on the P/I, we will send out samples in 2-3 working days of receipt of the payment.
